Philippe arrived in San Diego at the request of local chef, Jean-Michel Diot of Tapenade Restaurant in La Jolla, where he served as the Chef de Cuisine for the past 7 years.
Originally from Cavaillon France, a southern region known for sweet and fragrant melons, Philippe will bring to the Santaluz and surrounding communities the regional flair of his hometown cuisine and inspiration from the Mediterranean.
